KEVIN BRENTNALL BIO

I have had the privilege of servicing the Hudson Valley and New Jersey for 30 years, cultivating and promoting a vision rooted in relationship building and integrity-based sales. Being the grandson of a builder and the son of a distinguished broker, I have been immersed in the real estate industry my entire life. Over the years, I have developed a deep expertise in land development and new construction, assisting both high-profile real estate corporations and individual developers in acquiring tracts of various sizes for development.

Previously, I had the opportunity to direct comprehensive business operations for my family-owned and highly respected real estate agency. In 2004, we made the decision to merge with Rand Realty, and I proudly continued under the Rand leadership until 2020. After three years with another reputable company, I have now returned home to Howard Hanna Rand Realty as the Director of Land Development and New Construction. However, I remain committed to serving my clients in all aspects of residential and commercial sales.

In addition to my real estate career, I have also dedicated time to public school education and served as an adjunct professor at Ramapo College of NJ. I take great pride in being a graduate of the University of Maryland and holding a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the College of St. Elizabeth. 

Having grown up in Rockland County, I have spent the past twenty years living in Mahwah, NJ, where I reside with my wife and three children. Throughout our journey together, we have purchased multiple houses before finally finding our forever home. It is this personal experience that fuels my passion for helping other families at every stage of their own real estate journey. I believe that my success is rooted in the honest and trusting relationships I have built, resulting in consistent repeat business from satisfied clients and their referrals.
